We are a design and development studio based in Zirakpur, on the Chandigarh–Mohali corridor, working with businesses across India. This blog exists for one reason: most of the questions we get asked in sales calls have the same honest answers, and those answers are more useful published than repeated.
So this is not a company news feed. It is where we write down what things actually cost, which platform we would pick and why, and where we would tell you to spend money somewhere other than with us.
What we build
Four things, in rough order of how often we are asked for them:
- Websites — WordPress and custom builds, from small business sites to content-heavy platforms. Details on the web development page.
- Ecommerce — Shopify stores and WooCommerce builds, including migrations between the two. See Shopify development.
- Brand and graphic design — logos, identity systems, and the collateral that has to stay consistent afterwards. See graphic design services.
- Growth — SEO, local search, and Meta Ads for businesses that already have something worth sending traffic to. See Meta Ads management.
We also build mobile apps and custom software, but those are fewer, larger projects rather than the everyday work.
How a project actually runs
A scoping conversation first. Before any quote, we want to know what the business does, who buys from it, and what the site or store has to achieve. A quote written without that is a template quote.
A written scope and a fixed price. You get page count, deliverables, timeline, and what costs extra, in writing. We do not bill hourly for defined project work, because it makes budgeting impossible for you and rewards slowness in us.
Weekly demos. You see progress every week, not a reveal at the end. Problems that surface in week two are cheap; problems that surface at handover are not.
Full handover. Source code, admin access, and hosting in your name. You own what you paid for. If you leave us, nothing breaks.
Thirty days of post-launch support. Real users find things that testing does not. That window is included, not quoted separately.
Most business websites go live in three to five weeks. Shopify stores usually take four to six. Anything faster than that is either very small or a template.
What we will talk you out of
This is the part worth reading.
A new website, when your Google Business Profile is empty. For local "near me" demand, claiming and filling your profile is free and often outperforms a redesign. We would rather you do that first.
Meta Ads on a ₹8,000 monthly budget. The algorithm needs enough conversion volume to optimise. Underfunded campaigns burn money without learning anything. We have written about what a realistic Meta Ads budget looks like.
Custom development, when WordPress would do. Custom is not automatically better. It is more expensive to build, more expensive to change, and dependent on a developer for edits your own team could otherwise make. Our comparison of WordPress and Next.js covers when each is right.
A redesign, when the real problem is speed. If your existing site loads in seven seconds on mobile, fixing that is cheaper than rebuilding and often produces a bigger jump in enquiries.
Where we work
We are in Zirakpur, so Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula are local — we can meet in person. Beyond Tricity we work remotely with businesses in Kanpur, Lucknow, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Varanasi and other cities, and we say so rather than pretending to have offices we do not have. The locations page lists the cities and services, and the Chandigarh and Mohali pages cover local scope and pricing.
What to expect here
Practical posts: what things cost in rupees, platform comparisons with an actual recommendation at the end, and setup guides for the things Indian businesses genuinely get stuck on — GST invoicing on Shopify, payment gateway choice, Core Web Vitals on Indian mobile networks.
No thought leadership. No "in today's digital landscape".
If you have a project in mind and want a straight answer about scope, price and timeline, tell us what you are building.
